RULES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. Definitions

1.2. Buyer - active natural or legal person who has purchased goods in the online shop www.darbis.lt.
1.3. The Personal Data Processing Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") regulate the basic principles of the collection, processing, and storage of personal data, on which the Data Controller is based when processing the Buyer's personal data.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The processing of Buyer's personal data is governed by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data and these Rules.
2.2. Buyer data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes, processed fairly and accurately.
3. Processing of personal data
3.1. The Buyer agrees that personal data that he/she voluntarily submits at the time of order will be processed in accordance with these rules.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to access his / her personal data and the right to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data or to delete it by e-mail. e-mail info@darbis.lt or call 8 612 63178. In this case, the seller must immediately comply with the buyer's request (within 1-2 days).
3.3. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of each Buyer who places an order at www.darbis.lt. The Data Controller collects and uses Buyer's personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified at the time of ordering the Web Store) to process orders for goods or services or to fulfill other contractual obligations. When placing an order, the Customer may express his / her consent / disagreement regarding the use of his / her personal data for direct marketing purposes. He/she does this by ticking (I agree that my personal data will be used for direct marketing purposes). 3.5. Personal data shall be processed using security measures that protect such data against unauthorized destruction, disclosure or unlawful interference.
3.6. Personal data that have consented to their data being used for direct marketing purposes are stored in an active database and used for direct marketing purposes for 3 years. After this period, customer data is immediately (automatically) destroyed. The automatic destruction of personal data is supervised by a responsible person.
4. Changing the rules
4.1. The Data Controller has the right to change the Rules in whole or in part by notifying Darbis.lt online store. The Seller undertakes to provide a technical opportunity for the Buyer to re-agree to the updated Privacy Policy.
4.2. Additions or changes to the Rules shall take effect from the date of their publication, y. from the day they appear in the online shop darbis.lt.
4.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, he has the right to refuse it in writing.
4.4. If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store after the addition or modification of the Rules, the Buyer shall be deemed to have agreed to the new version of the Rules.

5.2. The response shall be provided by the Controller in the same form in which the notice or claim was received.

6.1.
